On this episode we are talking with Sebastian Miller.  Sebastian first got started in the service industry in 1997 when he was in high school.  His friend got him a job as a busser.  He has worked in 9 different establishments fulfilling the duties as a busser, expediter, server, bartender, assistant manager, and General manager.  Along with all of his service industry experience, Sebastian was also a COO for an energy drink company and helped organize promotional teams, educated vendors and sold into venues.

She has high volume bartending experience in Atlantic City’s Casino nightclub nightlife and has been doing it for 12 years.

Meet Joseph Corvino! Joe has been in the service industry for 16 years and in management for 8 years. He got started when he was 16 years old working down the shore as a dishwasher. Joe has done many different duties within the industry and recently joined the management team at Bistro Romano.

This episode Joe talks about great ways to give incentives to the Back Of House workers with reward and agreed upon bonuses. Incentives always help to get your staff to stay on top of their game, and to work harder.
