Darron first started working in the service industry in 1990 when he lived in Houston, Texas and found it as an easy job while he pursued an acting career. He started his blog 18 years later to vent his frustrations on the service industry. Darron has appeared on NBC’s Today Show, The New York Post, Huffington Post, Dr. Phil, The Washington Post, just to name a few.
